Tri hard. Live easy.

With a reputation for fostering a fun and supportive environment in our year-round (triathlon, running, cycling) training program, the Tri Zones Training coaches will help you get more fit, become more healthy, and make new friends along the way. We invite you to explore our web site and find out what a great time we have together! Heard at our post-Freescale celebration party:
"I've been in other training programs, and the difference between those and Tri Zones is that in Tri Zones I am part of a TEAM. There is a big difference between a program and a team."
Tri Zones Training is a triathlon training group based in Austin, Texas.

We're still accepting registrations for our spring training!

Even though our spring training programs have just begun, we are still accepting registrations on the following teams:

Women's teams: NXNW (North and South are currently closed) -- we'll help you get ready for Danskin and Skeese Greets!!

Intermediate team: For those with triathlon experience and for men who are new to the sport and would like to learn to TRI

Spirit of Tri Zones slideshow

Tri happiness

Tri Zoner Tom Marek has put together a terrific slideshow entitled The Spirit of Tri Zones. We can tell you about the camaraderie and team spirit that we all love about Tri Zones, but this slideshow is a great way to visually see what it's like to train and race with Tri Zones Training!

We are very fortunate to have resident photographers on the Tri Zones team -- thanks for contributing your shots to our galleries: Tom, Carolyn, Shayla, Emmie, Ed, and Katy!

You can view our slideshow HERE!
