The Rookie is a short early season event that is perfect for a beginner triathlete to test the waters or an intermediate to advanced triathlete to get warmed up for the season to come. The Texas Ski Ranch is a great location that is participant and spectator friendly. Come join us for an outstanding event and then relax on the beach with burgers and music.
Be part of an Austin tradition, The Mercedes-Benz of Austin Congress Avenue Mile. This course is certified (TX95088ETM) and fast; starting at the Texas State Capital Building in downtown Austin on Congress Avenue, finishing on the Congress Avenue Bridge over Town Lake.
The CapTexTri is the premier triathlon in downtown Austin. The race includes three distances: Olympic, Sprint, and the FirstTri.
The Olympic:
- 1.5k swim
- 40k bike
- 10k run
Women only sprint distance triathlon: Swim - 1/2 mile, Bike - 12 miles, Run - 3.1 miles
