Tri Zones Training

Participants can choose CLINIC only, SWIM only or BOTH.  Clinics will begin at 7:30 a.m.  800 meter & 1 mile swims begin at 9:00 a.m.  Clinic & swims are open to ALL LEVELS.  Clinics will be conducted by professional triathletes, world champion and Olymic swimmers.  Beginner/Intermediate clinic will focus on what to expect in an open water swim, sighting, swimming in groups. 

Shiner Beers is going back to it's roots in anticipation of the Spoetzl Brewery's 100th Anniversary. Shiner BASH was formerly Shiner GASP, which was the Great Austin to Shiner Pedal, and the beginning of Shiner's biking history. This year we will be returning to Shiner's past and once again have Shiner GASP, one Great bike ride from Austin to Shiner.
