Tri Zones Training

Each year, the Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department hosts the Outlaw Trail 100 bike tour featuring 10 mile, 25 mile, 40 mile, 50 mile, 63 mile, and 100 mile loop courses on county roads through historic Williamson County. Several TriZoners have been talking about doing the 40 miler.

A fun and fast 10K through north Austin, starting and finished at Northcross Mall. Choose either the chip-timed 10K, or the fun-run 2-person relay (not timed). Not simply a 10K, this is an EVENT not to be missed:

• Austin's Pizza -- Free post-race pizza for all registered participants.

5K annual race to benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation

Walk Now for Autism, the nation's largest grassroots autism walk program, is the signature fundraising and awareness event for Autism Speaks, taking place in communities across the United States, as well as in Canada and the United Kingdom.

That would be yes, yes... and yes! As with anything we do, we're putting a sexy spin on a running classic by mixing fitness, flirting and fun in an innovative new race series- The SkirtChaser Race Series to be exact.

Join us for the innagural Gazelle 5K and Kids K, held in conjunction with the EAS Run for the Water 10-Miler! A contribution from each race entry will benefit The Gazelle Foundation. Bring the entire family out to enjoy a great day of running/walking in Austin!!
