The oldest 5K event in Austin (31st annual!), this race honors women's running with a special women's only start ahead of the rest of the field. The Rosedale Ride is an annual bike ride benefiting Rosedale School, the Austin Independent School District's only school for children with multiple disabilities. The Rosedale Foundation has raised over $300,000 for Rosedale School since 1999.
The Statesman Capitol 10,000 is the largest 10K in Texas and an annual rite of spring in Austin, Texas. In its 31st year, the Capitol 10,000 attracts the silly to the serious and has become a fun, festive tradition for the whole family! We've got you covered, whether you want to walk, jog with your friends or run a PR and win your age group!
Join the fun on April 5, 2008 for the 9th Annual Pedal Power Wildflower Ride!
All proceeds benefit the Hill Country Children's Advocacy Center, which provides free services to abused children and their families.

The 2nd annual Spenco Multisport weekend, sponsored by Spenco Medical, is a great event for all athletes wanting to experience Triathlon/Duathlon events.
Here's something fun for the senior citizens in your life: a non-competitive walk. People ovcer age 50 are welcome even if they use a walker or cane. Each participant receives a T-shirt, a medal, a goodie bag, water, and snacks. Come walk with Grandma and you'll receive these items too. Everything is free, but please register so we'll know what size T-shirt to have on hand.
I got an email from the race director that the Texas State Tri Team is putting on an event April 13th at Aquarena Springs and they need 100 more participants to make it happen. We have a few Tri Zoners already signed up!!!!
