Tri Zones Training

There is a thread going about Trail running and someone asked about the info for the Rogue Trail Series. The first one is this Sunday at Walnut Creek Park. I can never get that logo-uploading thing working right.. so if you want the logo, go to the registration page!

TIME: 7:00am check in, with first wave of swimmers to begin at 7:30am
COST: $30 - All funds raised go directly to keep the CTTS programs running.
