Rogue Open Water Swim & Clinic

Participants can choose CLINIC only, SWIM only or BOTH. Clinics will begin at 7:30 a.m. 800 meter & 1 mile swims begin at 9:00 a.m. Clinic & swims are open to ALL LEVELS. Clinics will be conducted by professional triathletes, world champion and Olymic swimmers. Beginner/Intermediate clinic will focus on what to expect in an open water swim, sighting, swimming in groups. Advanced clinic will focus primarily on stroke technique in open water. Awards given to top 5 females, males,and masters - 1 mile swim only. USAT sanctioned event. You will be required to show your USAT card at packet pickup or must purchase a one day permit for $10.
