Rogue Open Water Swim & Clinic 2

Register for CLINIC only, SWIM only, or BOTH!

Intermediate / Advanced CLINIC begins at 7:30 a.m. and will be conducted by Kelly Handel, member of the 2002-2004 US National Triathlon team and current coach with Carmichael Training Systems. Clinic will focus on stroke technique in open water, sighting, tips for mass starts, etc. Beginner CLINIC begins at 8:30 a.m. and will be conducted by local professional triathlete, Richard Freer. Clinic will focus on what to expect in open water, mass start, sighting, getting in/out of wetsuit, etc.

1 mile SWIM will begin 9:00 a.m.- open to all levels. Awards will be given to top 5 female, male & masters finishers of the SERIES (May 5, May 20, June 2) 800 meter SWIM begins between 10:00-10:30 a.m. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your chosen event to ensure USAT paperwork is in order & you are at start line!
