Tri Zones Training

Catherine and RuthAnn had red shirts painted with a swimmer, biker, and runner. They had made a red foam heart and stitched it to the back of their swimsuit tops, then detached it in T1 and pinned it on to the backs of their red shirts. The backs of their shirts said, "You have to have" then the foam heart, then "To TRI." They wore bouncy heart antennas and spray painted their hair red. And they took a saline bag and filled it with water and red food coloring. They hid the bag under their shirts, and had a tube poking out a hole in the front of their shirts. As they ran the run course, they were squeezing the saline bag, and red fluids were coming out of the tube sticking out of the front of their shirts. Eeeuuuuw! That was so ingenious!!
