Tri Zones Training

For anyone who is interested, tomorrow (Sunday) morning, a few of us are going to meet at Lake Pflugerville at 8:15am to swim at 8:30am. 

Thereafter, some of us will be going for a bike ride and others will be running.

 If you need to get in another open water swim or want to bike or run, get your gear and meet us out at the lake (at Weisse and Pfluger) at 8:15.
