That would be yes, yes... and yes! As with anything we do, we're putting a sexy spin on a running classic by mixing fitness, flirting and fun in an innovative new race series- The SkirtChaser Race Series to be exact.
Skirt Wave
The women's start will kickoff the event, with all women wearing a SkirtSports Skirt. Race Skirt included with entry!
SkirtChaser Wave
Catch us if you can! The men will eagerly watch as the women have a three-minute lead before their start.
Party with the Skirts - Presented by Red Bull
The Red Bull post-race party includes happy-hour style food and drinks, dating games and a fashion show- all the way down to the skivvies!
When & Where?
Race day is Saturday, November 10, 2007 at The Domain with pre-race run the day before with pro triathlete and CEO of SkirtSports, Nicole DeBoom. Check out the complete schedule on the right side of the site page. For those of you not familiar with The Domain, it's about as Skirt as you can get! It's a beautiful outdoor mall anchored by Macy's and Austin's first Neiman Marcus. The race will start right across the street in The Domain Business Park and finish at an outdoor stage at the mall!

Too bad I'm going to be out of town that weekend. I wouldn't actually do the race because I HATE skirts, but that'd be cool to take pictures of!

A race where I get stuff is always interesting. Of course, I'm fully aware that this is a massive marketing ploy, but, the race fee is less than the cost of a tech shirt and run-skirt. I'm thinking about it.

oh gosh, thanks Pam! one weekend I wasn't previously busy...
The only thing is, I actually ordered some of their product last year and wasn't happy with it. Perhaps since I'm 49 years old, had 3 kids and am not built like Nicole DeBoom. (but I did take measurements for future sewing projects!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
