Spring Triathlon Training Sessions

Tri Zones Training offers 10-week spring training sessions to help you get ready for spring and early summer races!

Maybe you've set a New Year's resolution to become more fit. Perhaps you've been wanting to try your first tri. Or you may be a returning triathlete who is ready to dust off your winter clothes and begin your spring training.

Our spring training sessions start in early April meet twice weekly through mid-June. For more details or to register, click on the program name:

  • Women's-Only Team - to help women successfully complete their first triathlon or greatly improve their triathlon experience through a very supportive all-women environment.
  • Intermediate (Co-Ed) Team - For those with triathlon experience or men who are training for the Texas Tri Series

Ready for a fun ride Whether you’re just starting out with your first triathlon, or you’ve done a few tri’s and you are ready to get back in the saddle this season, we welcome all abilities. If you are thinking about doing The Rookie, Skeese Greets Women's Tri, CapTexTri, or the Danskin Women's Triathlon we encourage you to start your training now!

This training program is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. All participants of Tri Zones Training must be USAT members. USAT members must present USAT card, and non-USAT members must purchase membership (one-time-event-pass of $10 or annual membership of $39).
