Races
With a little free time this morning (no kayaking) I finally got the link to the KVUE video of the Senior K Walk that took place on April 12. The participants were between 55 and 79Â years old, and their distances ranged from about 500 feet to 1.5 miles. We had a great time and will do it again next year. Here's the link:

I loved the coverage KVUE gave you! They did a terrific job editing it to display how much FUN you all had out there!

Aw, Shucks
Thanks, y'all. But, see, I had to do it. This was the last thing my mother helped me plan, so I couldn't let her down. I actually put bib number 93 (her age whens she died February 20) on her walker and jogged it around the course so she could be there in spirit. One of the sponsors had lost his father on April 12 years ago, so there was a lot of memorializing going on as well as tons of fun. We'll do this again.
