Fast 13.1 mile course winds north to south in urban setting. Mostly downhill. In its 12th year. Chip-timed, offers one of the best goodie bags in distance running. Features water every other mile; power drink at miles 4, 8 and 12; every mile marked, split times every other mile; clothing drop-off at start; police controlled major intersections; entertainment and medical support along the course; food at finish, and return bus transport from finish to start upon completion.
