Biking/Swimming Lake Pflugerville Saturday morning
A couple of us are biking this Saturday morning at 8am at Lake Pflugerville. Afterwards we will do an open water swim to cool off. We will meet at Lake Pflugerville on the blacktop parking lot. We will most likely do the Lake Pflugerville Tri route plus a little extra (around 16-17 miles). If you dont want to bike come out and swim we will most likely do that about 9:30am.

I need something to start my Saturday off right - otherwise I may sleep 'til noon. Besides, I need some more time on my new bike (only rode it during Danskin)!

pulled something in my back (or-doubtful, but they're checking- its a clot, pnuemonia or pluerisy????) --massive pain that comes and goes and can't take a deep breath when there's pain.

Since I've got a 30 min swim, 2 hour bike and 30 min run on my schedule for tomorrow, lake P-ville is the perfect starting place. Only I can't find anywhere the schedule for the open water swim clinic they're having. Anybody doing that, so we'd have a clue when it'll be done? I'm guessing they will start around 8am, but it isn't clear from the website.

That's the time the clinics have been advertised to start, so it's a good idea to swim at 9:30 or earlier.
Shannon and I will be there for the Lake P bike course and then a swim.
