The only French I know, I shouldn't share without a temper behind it!  Soo, enjoy the whole event. 

I didn't study french in school, but I can give you the Hebrew version! Have an awesome race and an awesome trip and write an awesome race report to tell us all about it!

I have been to two Ironman races with my brother and it is an awesome experience-I wish you smooth waters for swimming, a tail wind for the bike, and strong legs for the run!! I can't wait to read your race report!!

I am also looking forward to your race report.  Have a safe and fun race!
