Volunteer at Couples!!

WOW! At last count, Tri Zones has 11 teams entered for Couples Tri, next Sunday, July 13th!! Yeeeeeha! If you haven't signed up, feel free to join us, with or without a partner for the race. You can enter as a team or as an individual and compete. Surely some of you want revenge on the Danskin course, huh??!? :-)

But, another way you can participate is to VOLUNTEER to help with the race. If there are enough volunteers from Tri Zones, they will give us our own water stop on the run course!! That could be a lot of fun!

And if family and friends are going to be out there anyway to see you compete, have them volunteer...

Go to: http://www.couplestri.com/ and click on 'Volunteer'. Then under 'Group Name', put Tri Zones.
