It is very comfortable without a wet suit; I was in the lake on Saturday in my tri outfit and was not cold in the least. In fact, it felt good.

It even gets warmer after

It even gets warmer after everyone pees in the lake. ;)

You won't want to!
USAT rules state that wet suits can be worn when water temperatures are up to and including 78 degrees. Non-pros can wear a wet suit between 78 and 84 degrees but cannot be eligible for awards. And above 84 degrees they don't let you wear a wet suit (danger of overheating). Having said all of that, the water temperatures at Decker Lake are typically 80-85 degrees in June and it is highly recommended that you DO NOT wear a wet suit. Â :-)
