Could the 'Team Members' list be sorted in alpha order by chance?

I think sorting them by real names followed by the user name is best if that is possible. Some people chose to use unidentifiable user names, and I always have to click on their username to see what their real name is.

User name or real name?
Sorted by user name (login ID) or real name? My preference would be to list the real names (followed by user name) and sort it alphabetically by (real) last name.
