Logon always requires two tries
This was brought up several times but like a good QA person I thought I'd list the steps to reproduce.
Maybe some of you go ahead and have your private data saved so that when you bring up trizonestraining.com, your cookie bypasses the logon prompt. I can logon from work and don't want my private data saved, therefore I always logon each time I want to view the site.
From home on my XPP SP2 system with all latest security patches, I might use my preferred browser Firefox 22.214.171.124, or the alternate (which I don't use much) IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519, 128-bit.
From work I also use Firefox 126.96.36.199 or Vista Ultimate RC1 build 5600, IE ver 7.0.5600.16384.
EDIT on 10/18/2006: Occurs using IE 6.0.2800.1106, 128-bit on W2KSP4 system as well.
In every case, even if I supply perfect credentials and click "login" (not enter), the feedback at bottom of page says 'done' but I actually have to re-enter my logon credentials and click 'login' again. This time it works. Something about the authentication is not processed properly upon first entry.
Haven't tried Opera or any other browser but I think given that these 4 popular browsers exhibit the behavior, it warrants investigating. Thanks!!!!
