These classes fill quickly, so if you are interested, do not hesitate!
Scrape off that winter rustiness--get back in the pool! If you want to perfect your stroke for an IM, we'll work your stroke technique, strength and speed. Your swimming skill and pace are sure to improve with this group, and you'll have fun doing it.
Class size: minimum of 10 athletes, maximum 20 athletes.
