Women's Spring Into Summer Triathlon Training Session
Our Women's training team is specially designed to empower women to successfully complete their first triathlon or greatly improve their triathlon experience through a very supportive all-women environment. We'll be training for the wonderful all-women's races, Athleta Iron Girl on June 2, and Skeese Greets Women's Tri on June 30! Other races include Lake Pflugerville Tri and Couples Triathlon. All fitness abilities welcome!
Each team will feature two tracks:
A. First Tri -- New to triathlon? This is the spot for you! We'll teach you all you need to know about the sport of triathlon and break the training down into the basic incremental steps that will take you from square one to the finish line in 10 weeks! All fitness abilities welcome!
B. Tri, Tri Again -- This track is for women who have completed one or more triathlons and are ready to take it to the next level. If you are ready for a challenge, this is the place for you. We will redefine what it means to swim, bike and run like a girl!! All fitness abilities welcome!
Dates: May 8 through June 30 (8 weeks)
(if you'd like to start earlier, check out our Spring Triathlon Training Session (Beginners and Intermediates), starting March 26/27! If you're training for Iron Girl or CapTexTri, we strongly recommend you start with our Spring session)

At the group workouts: Our weekly group workouts will include pool swims, open water swims cycling, running, and transitions, where you'll receive guidance and valuable tips from our qualified coaches.
Training calendar: Will include swim, bike, and run workouts for the other days of the week.
Price: $249 ($229 for returning Tri Zones members)

All members of the Tri Zones Training Women's Spring Triathlon Training Session will receive:
- 8-week training program, preparing you for Skeese Greets, Athleta Iron Girl, Lake Pflugerville Tri, or Couples Tri

Tri Zones Training offers camaraderie that can't be matched anywhere in Austin. We provide a nurturing, supportive environment with a YOU GO GIRL! spirit at all workouts. We'll have at least four to twelve experienced coaches and team leaders at every workout, depending on the team size. We were on the Danskin race committee since 2000 and we were the coaches for Team Danskin Training from 2003 - 2007.
