Intermediate Spring Into Summer Triathlon Training Teams

Our Intermediate training group is for those who have completed at least 4 or 5 triathlons and you're ready to take it to the next level this spring. You are knowledgeable about all three sports plus transitions. We also invite beginner men to join us.  We welcome ALL speeds.

We're happy to be a partner to the Texas Tri Series, and our Spring Into Summer session will prepare you for the Lake Pflugerville Tri on June 16, Skeese Greets Tri on June 30, and ends with Couples Tri on July 14. 

 

Dates:   May 7 or May 8 through July 14 (10 weeks)
(if you'd like to start earlier, check out our Spring Triathlon Training Session (Beginners and Intermediates), starting March 26/27!  If you're training for Iron Girl or CapTexTri, we strongly recommend you start with our Spring session)

At the group workouts:  Our weekly group workouts will include pool swims, open water swims cycling, running, and transitions, where you'll receive guidance and valuable tips from our qualified coaches.
Training calendar: 
Will include swim, bike, and run workouts for the other days of the week.  We will offer three tracks: Sprint, Olympic, and Half Ironman.  
Price: $199 ($179 for returning Tri Zones members)
