The Capital of Texas Triathlon takes place in Downtown Austin Texas. The Event has 3 distances to choose from and 2 relay options. Choose from the First Tri (400m, 10K, 5K), the Sprint Tri (750m, 20K, 5K), or the Olympic Tri (1.5K, 40K, 10K). Trisome relays are available in the Sprint and Olympic distances.

again this year.  I worked a water stop on the run course last year and it was great, I got to see everyone who did the Olympic twice!!  Not sure where they'll put me this year, but hopefully with some fellow Trizoners!!

Cindy, Vicki and Annette...you guys are gonna do great; wish I was doing it with you!!

Volunteer and close observer

Put in my application to volunteer on Thrus. and got assignment Thurs PM.  I will be working the swim area, then to medical.  Will be cheering on all the Tri Zones athletes.  Good luck Big Vick!!  Anette, it was fun swimming with you last night.  Good luck to you too!
