WOW! At last count, Tri Zones has 11 teams entered for Couples Tri, next Sunday, July 13th!! Yeeeeeha! If you haven't signed up, feel free to join us, with or without a partner for the race. You can enter as a team or as an individual and compete. Surely some of you want revenge on the Danskin course, huh??!? :-)

Well...today I did Lake Pflugerville TRI...congrats to everyone who got hardware...!! I would like to point we had many more winners than any other training group!!

To enter Athena/Clydesdale, or not?

Hi. I was just about to sign up for the Burnet Tri Hard and noticed that they have an Athena/Clydesdale division. Of course I fit right into that category! But you know how we learned it's a disadvantage to register as a non-age-grouper in Danskin because they start later?

I received a request from a friend to pass along this information to anyone who might be interest. It's for a great cause:

On April 27, 2008 there will be a triathlon at Texas School for the Deaf to raise money for sports equipment for TSD. We need volunteers to help out.

Congratulations Everyone on such a great race!! You all looked FABULOUS out there. I've posted some of the shots I got, but have to apologize in advance as I tried to weed out the fuzzy ones, but I can't tell the difference too well. (I've got to go get my eyes checked.) For your enjoyment......
