Welcome to   It's our 11-year anniversary!   Tri Zones Training: 2003 - 2014  Tri Zones is proud to have been helping Austinites of all abilities adopt a lifestyle of fitness and accomplish their athletic goals for 11 years!

Tri Zones won the Team Championship category of the Texas Tri Series in 2013... Let's do it together again this year!!!! 

We are pleased to be partnering with the Texas Tri Series and provide quality training for the Tri Series races, along with other Central Texas triathlons. 

Perhaps you're training for your first sprint triathlon, such as The Rookie, Skeese Greets Women's Tri, or CapTexTri. Or you are a repeat triathlete training for another season or looking to ramp up your distance, Tri Zones is here to help you stay motivated, build camaraderie, and reach your triathlon goals. 



Training for your first triathlon is a very exciting and rewarding experience.  Join Tri Zones and you join a FAMILY -- it's not about the race, but the journey you begin with us!

  • Beginner Summer Session
    June 18 - Sept. 28 (15 weeks)
    Goal race: Kerrville Triathlon Festival
    Includes Couples Tri, Jack's Generic, TriRock, Burnet Tri Hard



Returning/Intermediate Triathletes
We offer tracks for Sprint, O
lympic, and 70.3 distances to get you ready for your 2014 tri season. 

  • Intermediate Summer Session
    June 17/18 - Sept. 28 (15 weeks)

Peak Performance 
More advanced training, including Olympic and Half Iron distances.  Get ready for the Texas Tri Series, Hermann-Memorial, Buffalo Springs, or Kerrvile 70.3 races!  Register now!

Personalized Ironman training plan combined with team training.  Join our team training for the following Ironman races: IM Texas, IM Lake Placid, IM Florida, IM Arizona, IM Cozumel, and more. Register now!
