Nitro is a 27-lane indoor pool, offering swim programs for adults and children.

Directions:
From the intersection of 1431 and Parmer, head East on 1431 only about 300 yards. Turn left onto Toro Grande (at Hill Country Self Storage), and Nitro is directly behind a big soccer warehouse called the Soccer Zone.

If coming from the east (Sam Bass or I-35) take 1431 West – cross over Sam Bass, and look for Premier Animal Hospital and Hill Country Self Storage on your right – next street is Toro Grande, and you would turn right onto Toro Grande. The pool is directly behind the Soccer Zone.

Within Zilker Park's 358 acres lies one of the crown jewels of Austin, Barton Springs Pool. Three acres in size, the pool is fed from under ground springs and is on average 68 degrees year round.

We meet at Mansfield Dam Park for most of our open water swim workouts.  This park features a protected cove which is perfect for open water swimming.  Other offerings include picnic areas, a playground, camping, store and concessions, restrooms, and more.

Officially dedicated in April of 2006, Lake Pflugerville is new place to swim, bike, and run. The 180-acre lake is ringed by a 3.1 mile crushed granite hike/bike trail. The country roads in the area provide many miles of cycling routes.
