Nov. 1 Long Run
By Coach Jenny - October 31, 2008 - 9:56pmJoe and I will be doing a long run tomorrow morning instead of the Race for the Cure. We should be out there by 9:00 - starting at Barton Springs and doing the 7.5 mile loop plus a bit more to get 8. If anyone wants to join us, feel free.

foot rocker?
By drtuggle - October 20, 2008 - 10:19amAfter training one day for the Longhorn at Decker, Tom and Carolyn let me borrow a foot rocker to stretch with. It was great for stretching my calves. They told me I could pick one up at Academy but they told me they do not carry them. Tom, Carolyn, Bueller...........Bueller.......... Can you tell me where else I can pick one of these nifty treats at? Thanks.

Need suggestions for Thursday Bike ride

Riding South on Sunday

That means I need to ride this weekend. I have to work on Saturday, so Ill be riding Sunday, south on Mopac and 45, that loop thing, until I get tired.
