Need suggestions for Thursday Bike ride

Riding South on Sunday

That means I need to ride this weekend. I have to work on Saturday, so Ill be riding Sunday, south on Mopac and 45, that loop thing, until I get tired.

Headsweats Hat

Biking/Swimming Lake Pflugerville Saturday morning
By nhassler - June 10, 2008 - 10:03amA couple of us are biking this Saturday morning at 8am at Lake Pflugerville. Afterwards we will do an open water swim to cool off. We will meet at Lake Pflugerville on the blacktop parking lot. We will most likely do the Lake Pflugerville Tri route plus a little extra (around 16-17 miles). If you dont want to bike come out and swim we will most likely do that about 9:30am.
Newspaper Story on Three Generations of TriZoners
By jjodykelly - June 2, 2008 - 7:26amI don't mean to be tooting my own horn, but today's Austin American-Statesman published Pam LeBlanc's Fit City feature on the three generations of my family who are training for the Danskin. I thought the writing was very strong, and TriZones gets a nice mention too. Three or four other TriZoners are recognizable in the photo as well.
