Foot pain
By Kay Garza - April 27, 2011 - 3:21pmFoot heal and side pain. I had my running shoes refitted but have noticed that my right heal and bottom outside of my foot hurts when I walk on it in the morning and a dull ache all day when I'm off my foot. I've been stretching my T-Band but any other suggestions.

Bikram yoga?
By Coach Cindy - February 14, 2011 - 6:04amCan anyone suggest or recommend a place to pop in this week (preferably Tuesday evening) for a Bikram (hot yoga) class? Amazing Jody suggested that it might be a good way to get a dose of heat training. It looks like the marathon this next weekend could be pretty hot conditions. And the hot yoga as a prep session sounds like a good idea to me!! Now, I just need to have a place to go to

We're looking for volunteers for packet stuffing next Sunday, December 5, and packet pickup on Friday and Saturday, December 10-11 too.
This race benefits Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
Running challenge from abroad...

Â New Zealand weather is not too cold so I am hoping to run tomorrow morning in Christchurch and possibly the next morning, if I have time before my flight to the "ICE". Â Once I get to the ice, it will likely be treadmill...
First long run of the 2010!!
By andyroosky - December 31, 2009 - 9:18amHey everyone...hope everyone is rested and rehydrated for Saturday's run... The marthoners are supposed to do 16 miles. Red and myself were talking about doing Brushy Creek, it's mostly an out and back so the half marathoners and 10 and 5ker's can also do the needed mileage.
