What to bring to your First meeting:

1. A smile!!!
2. Photo ID.
3. Current USAT card if you are a member.
4. Not a USAT member?? Cash or check for either $10 for a one-event membership or $39 for annual membership.  Credit cards accepted for annual memberships only.
5. Please bring these three forms with you--completed and ready to turn in: PAR Q questionnaire and Tri Zones Waiver and Permission Form  (SEE ATTACHMENTS BELOW)

And finally... be ready to have fun and get fit!!  We look forward to seeing you!
